Looking for something different for your group that's loads of fun? Check us out. The Museum is available to host any size group, from six to 130 or more. Groups of twenty or more receive a discount on admission costs.
Call 309-243-9020 to make reservations at least a week prior to the event. The months of May and October are especially busy with school groups, while summertime brings day care groups and adult bus tours. If your group is small, such as six to 19, it's still a good idea to make reservations, so that guides may be available to give you an interesting tour.
Groups can be scheduled outside of the Museum's regular business hours, party space can be arranged and catering suggestions are available.. There is an extra charge of $ 1.00 per person for setup and cleanup.
For tours involving school-age youths, we ask that an adult accompany each group of 8 to 10 children and more adult supervision is required for pre-school children. A Museum guide will be available to give each group (8 to 10) a guided tour.
Adult groups may request guides or may tour the facility on their own with a self-guiding map. Allow 1 to 1 1/2 hours (or more) for your tour.
